[SOLVED] Wireless adapter stops working when playing games

Hi everyone,
I have an Asus ROG strix G531 GD. I have an Intel Wireless AC 9560 built in wireless adapter. Somehow, since a couple of weeks after buying the laptop, the wireless adapter would just stopped working (yellow exclamation mark in device manager) when I play games such as CSGO or DOTA 2. When I start playing the game for 1-2 minutes, the wireless adapter would just stop. However, this does not happen when playing minecraft or browsing the internet or using discord.

I have tried reinstalling the drivers, formatting the laptop, even had ASUS to repair it. However, upon receiving back the laptop, the problem still persits.

I had seen similar thread regarding this problem, but none has exactly the same problem as mine. Some of them regain connection by alt tabing out of the game, mine does not.

Any idea on how to fix this?

Yes, I am currently using etherbet cable. However, I won't always have access to one. There would be places that only has wireless connection.

My hp notebook did that. I just got a USB wireless nic and it solved it. They are super cheap

restore initial settings on internet firewall
and try Norton firewall installed
