Hey everyone! I hope your all having a good day or evening!

Just finished setting up my fiences gaming rig, all went smoothly, everything is all done it's updates, but one small thing, she has a wireless keyboard and mouse by corsair and it seems to have a problem staying connected. It appears as if the wifi for it drops and comes back obviously causing interruptions, is there anything I can possibly do to fix this? Corsair I cue is updated along with the peripherals

Thanks

USB Dongle? Plugged into the rear of the case?

Overall try using a USB extension cable to move the dongle up and away from the back of the case.

Two benefits: 1) likely to improve dongle's reception and more importantly its' ability to transmit and 2), the dongle will remain cooler which is also important.

I believe I have one of these on hand so I will give it a try! Thanks for your reply!

I see in the manual for some Corsair keyboards (assume also applies to mouse) that they MAY be connected to the host computer by EITHER a USB dongle supplied with it, OR by the computer's built-in Bluetooth system. Some even can use also a USB cable connection, not what OP is doing? (USB cable connection IS recommended at least for charging the keyboard (and mouse?). OP has NOT told us exactly which models of keyboard and mouse are in use here. That info would help. ALSO, what method IS being used so far what appears to be intermittent? IF OP is using the USB dongle, then the suggestions above by Ralson18 are a really good place to start.
