Hi There
Lacking a suitable phone line, I connect to the internet, from a friends Wi-Fi, 30 metres away, into my desk top PC, via an external arial.
I have been trying, unsuccessfuly so far, to connect my main desk top PC, using a PheeNet WAP-654G High Power Wireless AP/Bridge unit to our laptop, so we can use a wireless local area network in the house.
How do I do this, can I do this, am I using the right equipment?
The LAN is fine on a cable linking the Ethernet ports but a wireless network would be so much more convenient.
