Get the cheapest of the two. They're almost identical performers.

I would pick the one from Gigabyte, but the windforce cooler is really big so make sure that it will fit into your case.

Asus Strix is power efficient and not ugly ! I would get Asus Strix

To choose between them is personal preference or you can do it on price or looks. Both good brands with no noticeable performance difference.

It's personal preference, to me everything made by Gigabyte looks like it was designed by a 5 year old child. I prefer Asus in general, although the MSI cards are generally very good.
