Word Processer

I am having trouble making a 2 column list that has 25 rows.
It doesn't fill the entire printed page. Only a portion of the page. Any
suggestions

Depends what application you are using as your word processor.

Windows XP does not come with a Word Processor. Which word processor
application are you using?
