i5-4690k (OC to 4.57GHz) + Asus GTX 760 2GB directCU II OC owner here.
GTX 760 is a great mid-range graphics card. I've been using it for 2 years. All latest AAA titles do work on my rig, but it has some flaws:
Launching any newer game on a 4k@60Hz monitor keeps going blinking black every 2 seconds. My opinion - not enough vram. If you prefer higher resolutions, go for more memory.
I've recently completed doom:2016 at 1080p using mainly medium settings, but high textures and 75% resolution scale. The game looks beautiful and stays at solid 60fps most of the time and drops at huge fights to 30. dropping res scaling to ~60% left me with pure 60fps all-the-time, but the graphics were horrible.
