With a 4.2 to 4.4 OVERCLOCK you will be fine.

It would experience a cpu bottleneck in games that don't use 8 cores (there are still quite a few). What monitor resolution are you playing at? if higher than 1080p then there would be more load on the gpu's and you would require the power they have to offer so there would be less of a bottleneck.
