Hi, I am trying to build a immersive display and the best way I thought it would work is to have 3 monitors. Should I have 2 1440p monitors and 1 4k monitor and try to reach 50-60 fps or get 3 4k monitors and go for 30-40 fps

for gaming? you need 2 gtx1080ti and still possibly couldn't be enough

Will it work with 2 1080ti's? yes.
Will it get 30-40 FPS? Depends on the game and how well it supports SLI. Even then, with 3-4k monitors, I suspect that 30 FPS may be the max not the minimum.

i was thinking that you should get 2 ultrawide monitors and try to go for the 40 fps goal, but as said before, no gpu existing atm will work well with 3 monitors at 4 k with any game
