Question Would the Intel i3 8100 3.6Ghz Quad Core paired with GTX 960 2gb be good for recording gameplay?

I was wondering if this CPU and GPU could record game play at 60 fps while paying, and at which resolutions. I have researched that this CPU cannot stream and game simultaneously but I wasn't sure about recording. I appreciate any help!

CPU - Intel i3 8100
GPU - GTX 960 2gb
Motherboard - GIGABYTE H310M A Micro ATX
Ram - Adata 8gb ddr4 (2x4gb)
