My System:
CPU : i7-5820k @4.4Ghz 1.30v
Motherboard : ASUS X99 Deluxe
GPU : ASUS Strix GTX 980
PSU : Thermaltake Toughpower 1050W 80+ Gold

I want to upgrade my GPU and I just wanted a few opinions on if an RTX 2060 Super / RTX 2070 Super would be a good pair up with my current CPU with its current overclock or will it kinda bottleneck.

Rtx 2060 super should be ok although ur psu is extreme overkill.

Oh okay, does it make a difference if my PSU is overkill though because I got the system a few years ago and I got it for a really good price.
Well not really some do say ur efficiency curve would be pretty bad as ur no way near pulling that much power over the wall. It just means ur wasting electricity a bit other than that you are fine.
