Hello, im planning on upgrading my PC, and have a little question. I currently have: I3 8350K, GTX 1050 TI. If i'd get GTX 1060 is it worth it and would it make a big difference?
Thanks!

https://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/2573?vs=2545 - 1050Ti vs 1060 6GB = ~50% or better GPU performance for the 1060 6GB
https://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/2573?vs=2546 1050TI vs 1060 3GB = ~30-40% better GPU performance for the 1060 3GB. However, it isn't worth while to buy a 3GB GPU now as textures can overrun the VRAM.
Going with a 1660 Super would be even better and if you are buying new the 1660 Super is probably cheaper. It would be a good 100% increase in performance over the 1050Ti...

Is my CPU enough for 1660 Super?

For gaming in which you aren't going to be CPU limited (Civilization 6, Ashes of Singularity, GTA 5) you will get the same FPS as an i7-9700K with a GTX 1080 (the 1080 is 5-10% faster than a 1660 Super). https://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/2277?vs=2258 Those games tend to like more CPU cores, but you will still be at a playable frame rate. Since you are already on an 8th Gen compatible motherboard, you can always upgrade your CPU at a later date to a 9th Gen Intel.

Thanks! What about bigger games, like Assassins Creed, Call Of Duty, PUBG, Battlefield and so on? I mainly play games like that.

Battlefield V your CPU is basically the minimum (i5-6600K & i3-8350K are basically equivalent). PUBG you hit the recommended CPU. Assassin's Creek Ragnarok you are better than minimum for CPU. COD Warzone have better than recommended for CPU. In Battlefield V & Ragnarok your CPU might not be able to deliver full FPS due to working with more physics and such, but you will still have higher FPS with the 1660 Super than the 1060 GB, in all the other games you will probably max out the 1660 Super. In the future you can always up your CPU.

Thanks! So you'd recommend 1660 Super for me?
