You can try it, but if the system is unstable, then that would be my first suspect. Personally, I'd just spend the extra to get a good PSU in the first place. If money is limited, then ou have to do what you can with what you've got...

Umm I could get a Gf6800Ultra Agp 1 month ago for 550 canadian... I dont think the price are that much lower Montreal!

should i go with there assemble stuff thingy? its about $6 cheaper w/o assembly dispite its name lol
 
heh so they are the same? how about them external connectors slot protections (the piece of metal that seperats the ports and the outside? they look different as my old board had serial port connectors and this one don't have them at all... its got usb and firewire and lan ports....., do i need to brute force the damn thing or do the mobo have something come prepared?
