if the card is infact damaged physically... having it RMAd is substantially less expensive, than just purchasing a new card (just the cost of shipping im fairly sure, maybe $3-5 or so, if that)... and you should be able to do so, if you register the product number on creatives site

and you have your onboard sound to use temporarily till they ship it back anyhow

Edit: I -THINK- I found it.. I have this 14 digit code on the cover of one of my install discs.
