[SOLVED] x264 Encoding Issue

Hi, I recently got a new PC and I've been having some issues with x264 Encoding. For instance, when I'm baking lighting in UE4 I'll sometimes get a BSOD saying whea uncorrectable error, this also happens when encoding video using my CPU. However, I can export videos using Premier Pro and Filmora with the CPU and have no issues, But if I try converting 30FPS video to 60FPS using a program called Hybrid, I get the same error.

CPU: Intel Core i7-4820K (4 Cores)
GPU: Radeon RX 580 Series
RAM: DDR3 Dual Channel Memory, 16384 MBytes
MotherBoard: Intel X79 LGA 2011 Socket.

Having any other issues?

I'd recommend conducting a memory test, using Memtest86+.
