Question X470 Gaming 7 Wifi Bios Update from F5 to (not sure which version or if I need to update)

Hi everyone! It's been years since I got my PC and it has the F5 BIOS still. Seeing all the new BIOS updates, I'm confused if I need to update and if so, to which version. The reason behind this is because I am going to upgrade my RAM to 64 GB (2x32GB sticks) 3600mhz. Looking at Aorus' website, it says that 3600mhz is OC and I'm not sure if the F5 BIOS will support the XMP to smoothly utilize the new RAM speeds. Seeing some BIOS versions having required steps before updating turns me off and makes me uneasy doing the BIOS update in fears of bricking my MoBo.

Having said that, I need your advice if I need to update my BIOS (which I hope I dont have to) or not. No plans on upgrading other peripherals anytime soon. I really just want to upgrade my ram and actually utilize it's rated potential.

Current setup:
X470 Gaming 7 Wifi Rev 1.0? (not sure if it's 1.0 or 1.1)
Ryzen 7 2700x
RTX 2060 6GB
16GB (2x8GB) Aorus RGB 2666mhz
Windows 10

BIOS updates no matter what are a must towards Mobos excluding if their Beta as that's a testrun of the enthusiasts. At best you should update the BIOS if you want otherwise don't, but it is advised to update the BIOS as certain tweaks can be applied to maintain stability and compatible causes. The fact that you managed to have and keep a PC for years on end shows that you don't have what others call "TechnoFear" fear of worry of the worst of your PC & I had that 10 years ago on my first BIOS update, but it was on an old ROG X99 Gaming which I thought was going to explode but didn't cuz it never caught fire. Don't be turned off by a few steps when it the end it'll all pay off in the end. With that said; if you still don't think you should update the firmware than by all means don't; all on you kiddo..................................
