X700 256MB or X700Pro 128MB

I'm building a new PC and was wandering which graphic card to buy. My choices are: PowerColor X700 256MB or the ATI X700Pro 128MB. The PowerColour one is sligthly cheaper (-7$ to 10$ cheaper in Cdn money).

Based on benchmarks of the X700 and X700Pro (both 128Mb in this instance) the Pro is slightly faster. Just wandering if I should choose the Pro because it IS faster, or should I take a small speed decrease and get a bigger buffer (256MB).

The 6600GT is NOT an option. Where I buy the parts, that card is WAY more expensive than the X700Pro.

X700Pro, X700 isn't good enough to fully use the 256MB anyway
