Question Xbox causing router to run very slow

Hello, I currently own both a Series X and S and am having a strange issue. Whenever the units power on it causes my router to run at very slow speeds. I have a 1 gigabit connection and when the router is running normally and I test the connection I get download speeds of around 950mb/s. Whenever I turn on either Xbox and test the router I get about 80mb/s. This persists even after the Xbox's are turned off or reset. I can unplug the Xbox's and reset my router and it puts the speeds back to normal but as soon as soon as I power an Xbox back on it goes back to the slower speeds.

The slower speeds are for every device connected not just the Xbox's. I have tested this on 3 different routers and with my Ps5 and pc so I've narrowed it down to an issue caused by the Xbox's.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

Possibly an IP address conflict.

Make and model router?

How many other network devices: wired and wireless?

Are you using any static IP addresses?

The router's admin pages may provide a listing of connected devices allow with their IP address (either DHCP or static) and MAC.

There should be no duplicates.
It is a Calix Blast GS2028E
I'm not sure on the IP but I can check into that when I am home. Thank you

Do verify that I have identified the correct user manual.

Per the second link the default IP address for the router is 192.168.1.1 which is commonly used. Unless you know that that default IP address was changed.

You should be able to log into the router's admin pages using that IP address along with the login name and password that has been configured for the router.

On one of your network computers run "ipconfig /all" and post the results.

The overall objective being to access the router and look at the various device IP's and related configuration settings.
