[SOLVED] Xbox Game Pass Uncompatible

So I can't install the Xbox game pass because I can't get the May 2019 update for windows. It says its a hardware issue.
The specs for my PC is the Ryzen 7 2700, RX 570 8GB, and 16GB RAM DDR4.
I was under the impression that my system would be fine to run the game pass considering AMD included a 3-month pass with all their Ryzen products.
Is there a fix for this? I also have the latest AMD drivers.

What motherboard do you have?

what version of win 10 are you on?
right click start
choose run..
type winver and press enter
current version is 1903 - build 18063.239

I Have the MSI X470 GAMING PLUS
currently, on version 1803 build 17134.915
Windows 10 home.

Have you run MSI LIve update 6 and confirmed you have latest drivers?

another option is download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB, and from inside file explorer, run setup.exe on the USB, and use it to upgrade the install.

What I would do is do a clean install of the newest operating system and that’s how I handle these issues if you can update I do a clean install

Well, at least if they do it my way they will have the installer USB. just running media creation tool to update it could run into same problem and you have to download all the files again.

Your way is obvious next step but not everyone wants to just clean install without prep

Having an error to where the USB won't install the newest windows because I'm missing files of some sort btw it's my previous boot drive and I deleted all files.

Often that error is caused by the USB drive you are trying to install off, try using another USB drive
