My nephews are students so they can afford far fewer games. I buy the game finish or tire of them and they get all my games when I've finished with them. Sometimes they lend me games.
Microsoft can do what they want with used games. My nephews and I will get a next-gen console, but we'll only get the one with the least restrictive used game policy.

I will be happy to get the console. I never by used games anyway, if someone is at my house they can play on my account. Hopefully these whiners will actually not buy the console so i don't have to deal with them on the next xbox.

This is all wrong, my son plays his games at home then wants to bring them when he comes to mine, for me the Xbox one dead, bad enough having to download content, Same problem with steam, I have several games me and my son like to play but can only play one at once .

if ps4 isnt going down same road, its game over for xbox, not just fee paying, its kinect, i dont want it and never have.
and before we go down road of saying steam, steam prices are decent, plus they have bargains now and again, totally different from £50 a game plus add ons, ie dlc etc on a console

"With all these measures to hinder/stop people from borrowing, renting or buying used games, the Xbox One may become the most pirated console yet."
don't you mean, it will be the most sued in landfills after it ahs the lowest console sales every? crap when the dust settles the old apple pipin might even have better sales numbers.

According to logic, the Xbox One's blu-ray disc reader is going to be sparsely used, coz pirating is easier with USB 3.0...
