[SOLVED] xeon 1230 v3 with h81

title says it all im upgrading my system on a budget and thought a xeon might be a good choice as i plan to stream and do a bit of 3d modding/rendering . My only question is will the xeon 1230 v3 work with my motherboard. thanks for any help!

yeah i saw that but it said some features wont be available what features are they?
