XFX 7750 question

Alright I just purchased a XFX 7750 2gb.

Alright I just purchased a XFX 7750 2gb.

I tried playing diablo 3 and my fps is pretty low even with all the settings turned down. I'm playing on a 1900x1020 display with a second monitor which is smaller. Now is the low fps(around 20-30) due to missing drivers or is that the card is struggling? any help and sorry, some reason it posted before I hit it.
