These two cards are both really terrible.
There are a lot of different versions of these two models
We would need to know the type of video memory DDR2 ot GDDR2 or ddr3
also the memory interface would be extremely helpfull. 32bit or 64bit or by some miracle 128bit

I doubt the card you listed is better than the other just on how bad the 4350 you listed is
