xfx R9 280x black screen or flickering

Hello! I bought an XFX R9 280x Double Dissapation a couple years back and was using CCC presets to prevent the 2D flickering/tearing/pixel glitching. Had no other problems other then that with it and it was fine. I tried bios flashing every one I found after wanting to update to crimson, didn't work and I really need to update my drivers. My serial number is P4Y045749 and my email is The Infiltrator Please do tell me you have a working bios for me that fixes the low 2d clock speeds.

I had that same problem. It's useless to update the bios with XFX updates.
To solve this you have to disable ULPS.
TO solve the overheating you have to edit the moronic fan profile from XFX.
