I am looking at buying a Geforce FX 5900. My question is, has this company been around for a while? is it credible? has anyone expirienced any problems with their cards?

thanks for your input.

XFX is a division of Pine (pineusa.com), they have been around for quite a while.

I, for one, am happy with my XFX GeForce4 Ti4200 that I have had for a couple of months...

I see your point, however as I said, I'm happy with mine so far....It's a Ti4200

I've been able to overclock it quite nicely as well...Stock 250/512, running stable at 310/620

The 620MHz DDR on the memory kind of surprized me at it has the 4.0ns memory that is only rated to 500MHz DDR

If anyone else has expirience with XFX please voice your opinion. Along with how long have you had the card.

I had a Geforce 4 ti4200 from Abit. Worked great for 4 months then died. I sent it back 4 times to RMA and each time it had the same problem. Eventually i just gave up and it is sitting around, broken. I do not want the same thing to happen again, which is why i am asking for peoples input on this card maker.

I have 2 XFX Ti4200 128MB cards in two different systems and they are really good. They have been running for 6 months now with no problems at all, they overclock really well too.
