So the less expensive choice would be the Cooler Master and it will cool the 3570k just fine. The only thing with the Ivy Bridge cpus is that when you start adding voltage the cpu starts giving off heat and there is a point where the heat becomes too much for any air cooler. Unlike Sandy Bridge where you can go quite high with the overclock and still use an air cooler , Ivy Bridge can't go as high.
