Xigmatek or???/

Is xigmatek thermal paste good enough or should I break down and get a tube of expensive AS5? Or does someone have another suggestion on the paste to use on my i5-2500k and xigmatek Dark Night HSF? Thanks!

Go ahead and use it. There is not that great a difference in the effectiveness of different formulations. Some types of pastes work better with direct touch types of coolers, and Xigmatek would not supply paste that did not work well with their cooler.
