We don't know, what model ram you're using.
We don't know, what are parameter values in XMP1 or XMP2 profiles of your particular ram modules.

Choose profile with highest frequency. Then check stability.
If your system is unstable with one XMP profile, then switch to the other XMP profile.

They are XPG Hunter 8GB 5200MHz CL38 DDR5 rams. The thing is that i bought this for someone and they have no idea on this bios stuff so i'll be able to get em pick one, once. As far as i know XMP1 is the best because it offers highest mhz most of the time but i also saw an option called XMP tweaked which got me confused. Thanks lot for the infos then let me just ask one more thing, should i use ai overclock tuner to pick the xmp value or should i just pick the xmp value through the main screen of BIOS? Do these both ways have any difference?
