I am going to Dual boot W98SE & XP (onto seperate partitons)... I dont want t have 2 do a lot of fiddling so which do I install 1st ???
(I did have a stable dualboot 98/NT4 system & I had to install one then the other but I cant remember which order & I am assuming a XP/98 combo is just as fussy)

PS can 98SE read NTFS partitions, I can't remember ???

I'm Running a dualboot w/ win98se & win xp. Win 98 has to be installed first. Also microsoft says you should use Fat32 up to 30g hdd, after that ntfs. I followed their advice, and it seems to be working ok..

As far as I can remember, 98SE does not support NTFS.
But yes, you install Win98SE first.
