XP Freezes after Logoff

Anybody knows why my Dell with XP home edition freezes after one of the
non-admin users logoff?

Could be a lot of reasons. Usually it's because XP is waiting for an app to
finish something and that app is not finishing. How is your Hung App Timeout
configured, along with other shutdown options?
