XP MSconfig timeout

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm thinking it's the timeout delay for which the boot menu is shown before your default OS is loaded.

So it doesn't have anything to do w/ teh time it takes for teh system to actually load as it seems- ie it loads but takea a few more minutes before I can access somethign in control panel or the internet. Is it possible thios is some conflicting driver?

If it's working...overclock it!

Hm... that seems to be the case for me too.
XP loads up, then takes maybe an additional half minute or so before I can fully use my computer. Within that time, it also does a seek on the floppy for some reason.

Mine doesn't do anything- that's problem- finally it starts reading the hdd. What's odd is that any program that doesn't have anythiung to do w/ winxp I can access, such as winamp. But it's odd. Think this'll be fixed in an update?
