XP PRO RDC connectivity

Hello,

My first time attempting to setup and use Remote desktop to connect to a
Win2003 server and 4 XP Pro SP1 computers in my office. I enabled RDC on
all computers in the office. I was able to test and connect to all computers
from with in the office. There is a firewall there but have not blocked any
ports yet. Now when I am in my home/office using a laptop with XP Pro SP1
trying to connect to my office I get an error message:

Remote desktop disconnected
The client could not connect to the remote computer.

Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to
accept new connections.
It is also possible that network problems are preventing you connections
Please try connecting again later. if the continues to occur, contact your
administrator


I also have a external firewall at my home/office not blocking any ports
yet.

If any one can help by pointing me to documentation or from experience.

Is this firewall acting as a NAT? Are your PCs using external or internal
IPs?
192.168.xxx.xxx are internal only. 10.xxx.xxx.xxx are also internal.

So, if the firewall is acting as your NAT, then you need to forward the
proper ports to the proper machines, which will mean you will need to change
the listening port for remote desktop on 4 of the 5 machines if this is the
case and make sure those port requests are forwarded to the appropriate
machine and that you manually enter the port to try and access.

You might not need to change the listening port on the machines, just have
the firewall direct different ports to the listening port on the private IP.
