XP refresh rate fix ???

Hi guys, is they're a way to fix the bug with nvidia card that are locked in 60Hz when playing OpenGl or D3D games....

nvidia refresh rare fix doesn't work in XP..worked well in win2000

i have the 21.83 XP detonator drivers for my GF2... anyone found a way to have descent refresh rate ?

What do you mean by locked? When you go to change it, what happens?
