Hello,
You have just installed some Microsoft updates on your computer, which is running the Window Vista operating system. The updates required you to reboot your computer immediately following their installation. When the desktop appears, the sizes of the icons and other elements on your screen have increased. What might you do to return the screen elements to their original sizes?

As badge suggested, if everything is larger (like your start menu, folders, applications) then your screen resolution probably changed.

If it's just the icons on your desktop, then hold CTRL on the keyboard and scroll your mouse. You will find that one direction will increase the size of your icons and the other direction will shrink them.
