Question Youtube video quality bad after upload

I want to upload a video to Youtube, but the video quality is horrible at 1080p and 720p. I render the video in 1440p, but the 720p version and 1080p version look chunky and blurry. When I watch the video in 1440p it looks perfect. I am also confused about the bitrate. I am using 70mbps bitrate, should that be fast enough? Also how do I fix the video quality issue?

I don't think bitrate should be an issue because this looks fine enough. Also, if the video is shot clearly, it should appear well in 1080p. The fact that it only appears good in 1440p would pose difficulties in loading it for many users who may not be able to see it due to connection issues or whatever.
