Question Youtube Videos are lagging on full screen (1080P 60FPS)

Hello, so I just built my computer and everything seems to work fine but I have a problem with youtube videos, they are a bit laggy when I enter full screen on full HD 60FPS ( GOOGLE CHROME )
My specs
Asus strix Vega 56
Ryzen 3600
Corsair 16gb ram 3000mhz
b450 tomahawk

Download LatencyMon and it should tell you what’s causing the latency
