Question Z170 Pro Gaming motherboard won't boot ?

Ok so recently i was playing a game with no problems at all , suddenly i left the pc on and went to take a rest near the pc and suddenly i heard pc turned off by it self , i tried to turn it on but it wont turn on at all , i opened the case and checked and i can see the red led on the z170. Is blinking, every one is blinking , i tried turn it on but no luck , i left it for 2 hours came back again , and i can see the red led are on but they are stuck ( usually they will turn on and off and on normally ) but the led red are stuck no of and on , anyway this happened to me a year ago but after like a week or 2 it works normally without doing anything

Spec :z170 pro gaming
Gtx 970
Ram 16
Psu cougar xt500 ( ibought it recently )
Os windows 10

Yes i did reseat the card and memory and clearing cmos

Edit: I believe at some point its the motherboard , there are light led but its not turning on at all.

I checked the mobo and i saw that but idk if this is old or new but i reckon its maybe old but is it burnt ?
