Z68 Help

I'm building my first gaming rig and have bought the Radeon HD 5970 as my gpu. First time shopping for motherboards so im not really sure what to look for? Anybody have any good recommendations for a good gaming motherboard that will support the GPU?

CPU: i5 2500k Sandy

GPU: Diamond Radeon HD 5970 (Already Bought)

RAM: G. Skills Sniper Low Voltage 8gb (2 x 4gb) 1600 (Already Bought)

Case: Cooler Master 932 Advanced (Already Bought)

SSD: Samsung 830 Series 64gb (Already Bought)

CD: Blu Ray Burner

HDD: Samsung Spinpoint 1TB 7200rpm

Monitor: ASUS 24'' 1080p LED

Looking to spend around $200 on the motherboard.

Do you want Z68 exclusively or will you consider P67 mobos as well?

You can get a gigabyte z68P-DS3 board for ~£70.00.
