I have read / tried everything here. I am still having the problem. When
I try to play backgammon at the zone, I receive a security warning stating
that windows has found a problem with this file and blocked it because it
does not have a valid digital signature. Any suggestions? Thank you!

You may have to change the security settings to allow the unsigned
component.

I had already done that. Tech support was able to help me fix the problem.
Apparently, some of my DLL files were missing/corrupt. Problem solved.
Thanks! Go Eagles!

You can register a file with this command line:

regsvr32 zonecli.dll

That's a sample filename and not necessarily the one you need to
register. Click Start, Run, and type in the command, with the file that
isn't registered.

The command line will need to include the path to the file, so start the
line like this, and add the filename:

regsvr32 C:\Program Files\MSN Gaming Zone\

regsvr32 C:\Program Files\MSN Gaming Zone\zfriends.dll

Not all .dll files need to be registered.

If the user isn't an administrator (on an XP or W2k machine), that might
explain why it wasn't registered properly. Sometimes there will be an
error message, "Could not write to the registry.".

register the files ,but a error message came up. It says'' load library
failed'' the specified module could not be found . Anymore help would be
greatly appreciated.

There will be an error message if they don't need to be registered. If
you direct regsvr32.exe to register a file, but the path to the .dll is
wrong, you might get that error..

Maybe some IE files need to be registered. Try this: Open the Control
Panel, Add/Remove Programs, click "Microsoft Internet Explorer and
Internet Tools" to highlight, click the "Add/Remove" button, and use the
Repair option.

Here is a copy of what fixed my problem - I am totally clueless to all of
this -- but I followed the directions and it worked for me.

Jim: (02/05/2005 01:57:38 PM) Perform the following steps :
Click Start -> Run and type the following commands and Click OK.
1) regsvr32 softpub.dll
2) regsvr32 wintrust.dll
3) regsvr32 initpki.dll
4) regsvr32 dssenh.dll
5) regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
6) regsvr32 sccbase.dll
7) regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
8) regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll
