Since I've been swapping heatsinks in and out alot recently due to processor troubles, I've been using cheap paste.

Bad idea to continue using on an OC'd 3570k? Or should it be ok? I thought it would be complete crap but looking around people seem to be saying its decent for the price.

It probably beats no paste at all. I wouldn't use it as a permanent solution.
