Hi!

I wanted to ask what could be the cause of monitors turning off while having havier games on or multitasking.

When it happends?
- When I play games or when I have a game on and youtube video on other screen

What is the problem?
- 1. Monitors (2) show black screen and also show as not having any signal.
- 2. Fans put to 100% speed (I guess since its very loud)
-3 . Sound from video works even when the monitors turns off
-4. Pc restarts after some time

What I have tried?
- I used DDU to clean install drivers < Did not help..
- Tried to refresh GPU driver by Win Key+Shift+Ctrl+B < Nothing

My PC Specs
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B650-A GAMING WIFI
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X
RAM: 2x G.SKILL 32GB KIT DDR5 6000MHz CL36 Trident Z5 RGB Black
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ti GAMING X TRIO 12G
SSD 1 : Samsung 980 PRO 2TB
SSD 2: Samsung 970 EVO PLUS 1TB
SSD 3: WD Blue SN580 1TB
HDD 1: WD Blue 1TB
HDD 2: Seagate BarraCuda 1TB
PSU: Corsair RM1000x

I have probably all components in warranty so I could send them for replacement but dunno which one would it be.
Thank you for any help and suggestion.

have you kept an eye on temperatures?
if so, what is the average low and the highest you've seen?
I am currently using HWiNFO64 to find out what will be the log before crash..
But what I have seen:
CPU: Max 87°C
GPU: Max 60°C
The rest was showing like 40°C
But will send temperatures after it crashes again.

I'll look through the logs later when I'm in front of my PC, but typically what you're describing would be some sort of power issue. I'd suggest reconnecting all of the cabling that has anything to do with power for the video card.

So I opened up computer reconnected everything. And it seems to be working now without crash. But still what worries me I dont know what was the cause and if its gonna come back.

The reason I akways go to this first is I had random black screen/100% fans when I'd plugged in a 6+2 PCIe power cable wrong so it was actually loose enough it could lose contact. If everything is running fine now I'd chalk it up to a power cable not being installed quite right
