Once you've gotten back from the train station scene with the evidence Speedy in forensics needs, you'll be given a new mission to go get yourself cleared again for field work.
Step 1)Meet with Doctor Auzenne.
You are required to meet with the task force's psychiatrist in order to be cleared to go out and work in the field again, which is going to be required for your next mission which is outside of Prague. While speaking with her, she's going to go over your background a bit and just ask some questions to see how you are. Answer however you want, no matter what you say she's going to go ahead and clear you for duty.
Step 2)Meet Alex at the LIMB Clinic.
Before you go meet up with Miller to head out to Golem city, you get a call from Alex to come meet her to talk about what she's found out from the whisper chip you planted earlier. Once you speak with her, be sure to check around the clinic for some items if you haven't done so previously. In the grates above the shop itself you can find a praxis package as well as some breach software, so it is definitely worth exploring this shop.
Step 3)Meet Miller at the Helipad.
Now that you're done talking to Alex and have some new information about what is really going on, it's time to meet up with Miller and get started on your mission to Golem City. Keep in mind, when you talk to the helicopter pilot and head out, when you come back Prague is going to be very different and you might not be able to complete all of your sidequests if you haven't finished them by now. Make sure you are geared up and completed everything you need now before you go.
When you feel adequately prepared and ready to go, speak to the pilot and you'll finish this mission to move on to your next when you arrive in Golem City.
