    Upgrading my gaming computer.

The GPU is fine, your current CPU is an AMD APU which will not be compatible with an intel motherboard. SO if you buy that Intel motherboard you will to purchase an Intel CPU that is compatible with the motherboard.

    Worth upgrading from 7950 boost

Your CPU will not bottleneck a GTx970, and your PSU will handle it But I do recommend that you wait till a new release since your 7950 boost will be good enough at this point.

    Graphics card recommendation?

Agree with everyone that suggested getting 8gbs of ram, I suggest you get GTX970 since it is pretty powerful and decent power efficiency.

CPU VS GPU? What should I upgrade?

BF4 is CPU intensive, i suggest upgrading your CPU to an i5 then upgrading your GPU later. If you were to upgrade your GPU, it would get bottlenecked by the CPU.

    Noob Budget Gaming PC Build

That is what I suggest, since gaming computers are more relient on GPUs than CPUS, with some OC the 8320 will do the job just fine.
