ok managed to get in but, i have to use UEFI : "name of the hdd" from the boot options or else i am getting the blinking underscore, any ideas why?

Even though the cards show up in Nvidia Control Panel/Device Manager and Geforce experience, when i am getting into games only 1 card is running. Also the SLI option won't show up in Nvidia control Panel

My internet drops for like 3 seconds and then it reconnects,the router's ADSL light doesn't turn off so it's not a problem with my router,any ideas?

Try to connect the vga/hdmi cable to your motherboard instead of your gpu.Download the drivers and then connect it to the gpu.
