What resolution are you looking to play on? How much frames are you looking to get. My old i7 7700k with my 1080 was getting 300+ on max settings 1080p.. which is way overkill for csgo lol.

Hey guys, looking at making some custom PC cables for my rig. I'm only looking to do the 24 pin and PCIe cables as of now. So for the PCIe cable Im using now I see it has some jumper wires in the plugs. Is there a diagram to look at so I know where the jumpers go without cutting into the casing...

I did and the m.2 wasnt there. I actually got it now though =) Plugged in the usb with windows install on it.. restarted and all the drives showed up this time. Disabled the rest and booted in off the m.2. Reformatted the original HDD and all is good now. Thank you again for the help.

Ok so With no other HDD installed it boots off the SSD with no problems. Nice and quick. As soon as I plug in the original HDD it starts booting off of that and I cant see the SSD in my boot options.

Well.. deleted almost everything off the sshd. Im at 24% used space now instead of 50% and its at 181/186 for read/write. Didn't think using half the drive would sap that much. Well.. time for the 970 evo for me. Also.. boot time went from 38 seconds to 26 seconds.

So I downloaded Sea Tools for Windows assuming thats what I should use. I just did a short generic and it passed. Tried the long Generic and it didn't seem to do anything after 5min? So not sure if I should leave it on the long generic or if there is another test I should be doing.
