I run the game at 1440x1080(4:3 stretched) I have everything on low except MSAA which is on 8x msaa, I also have it enhanced in nvidia control panel with 8x supersample. Ive seemed to solved this problem. It turns out NZXT cam in game FPS tracker/overlay lowers your FPS, i disabled it and used msi afterburner monitor and getting my 250-300 fps. Cheers for the help though i do appreciate it (y)

Tried xmp and overlocking to 5Ghz, nothing changed

My gpu and cpu usage rarely goes above 40% too

I use fps_max 0 when I start it up but doesn't help

Thermal are fine, about 27-30 idle and max mid 60s under load, I did recently install a new nzxt x52 all and I've just enabled xmp in bios see if that does anything

I have both my pump and fan on performance mode, CL says my pump is at 3090rpm

I disabled q fan and all is good now, getting 55-65c in games now

Thats the highest recorded temp, ive just played gta5 for about an hour and was getting between 55-65c on near max settings
