Sounds like your boot drive is corrupted; you might not have a repair choice. You might be able to try to repair the MBR using console commands w/the repair options, but this rarely works.

Please run memtest. It also says memory MANAGEMENT. There may not be anything specifically wrong with your ram; it might/probably be/is windows screwing up. In that case; it might necessitate a windows reinstall. - but for now run memtest for at least 8-12 hours and see whats up.

The gskill software is just bad and you can't just reinstall it or use a different program to access the modules after that; it messes up the registry keys for the program =(
