I have 6 6-pin fans in my build that connect through an rgb controller but the controller only has cables for the rgb header on the motherboard and the cable to power the rgb

I've had this problem for a while now, but my back air flow fan does not start spinning when I turn my pc on
It only starts turning after a couple of minutes and I flick it to give it a boost
If I flick it right after the pc turns on, nothing happens
Any help? This pc is pretty new <6 months
The "bad" or "slower" fan is the problem. It spins the same rpm even on other ports on the fan hub and I can't connect it to the motherboard since it's a 5-pin connector and my mobo supports 4 pin.
