Had a pc this morning that wouldn't boot and after a lot of testing I found that one RAM stick wouldn't boot when running full speed. It's a set of 2x8 GB 3600 MHz. The one that won't run at 3600 MHz will however run at 2133 MHz. Is the RAM stick broken or can it be fixed somehow?
