I found the problem as i was building a different pc for her.. It was a sata cable.. I used one cable from her pc to fit in the new one, then the new one had the same issue, removed that cable and BAM!! Pc works perfectly! So yea. Now her pc is fine again.

I have the suspicion that the motherboard is damaged.. I changed everything but the motherboard. Oh well.. She is due an upgrade anyway..
