I have been having some mouse latency issues for a while now and i havent been able to find the source for it. Now when messing around with v sync i realised that when i try to turn V Sync on or off NOTHING CHANGES. My mouse still feels delayed and it still looks the same. Shouldn't it...

1. It is not only in games this is constant. Even when im on my desktop.
2. The weird thing is, that when i turn v sync on or off NOTHING happens. It feels and looks the exact same. I think my pc is maybe forcing V Sync even though i turned it off in Nvidia control panel.

My Asus vg248Qe doesnt have a displayport option... But with my monitor before (i thought that was the problem) i had DP and the problem was still there :/

I have the exact same problem and its pissing me off! have seen a couple of poeple also having this but NOONE has any real solutions :( i think its such a deep problem that noone on google really has the knowledge to know anything about. my only guess is some usb conflicts or some usb hub...

and he has a gtx 1060 3gb instead of my 6gb, only 8gb ram, and an intel i5 8500k processor. so about the same performance wise. but even though he clearly gets less fps in games this doesnt happen to him?
